How to book a car?
To book a car, follow these simple steps:
- Create an account or log in
- Search for the car of your choice
- Select your rental dates
- Fill out the reservation form
- Make the payment
What documents are required to rent a car?
To rent a car, you must provide:
- Valid driver's license (minimum 2 years of experience)
- National ID card or passport
- Recent proof of address
- Bank card for the deposit
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation:
- More than 48h before: Full refund
- 24-48h before: 50% refund
- Less than 24h: No refund
Log in to your account to cancel online.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
- Bank transfer
- Cash (on site only)
- Bank check
- Mobile payment (coming soon)
What to do in case of a problem with the vehicle?
