How to book a car?

To book a car, follow these simple steps:

  1. Create an account or log in
  2. Search for the car of your choice
  3. Select your rental dates
  4. Fill out the reservation form
  5. Make the payment

What documents are required to rent a car?

To rent a car, you must provide:

  • Valid driver's license (minimum 2 years of experience)
  • National ID card or passport
  • Recent proof of address
  • Bank card for the deposit

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation:

  • More than 48h before: Full refund
  • 24-48h before: 50% refund
  • Less than 24h: No refund

Log in to your account to cancel online.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash (on site only)
  • Bank check
  • Mobile payment (coming soon)

What to do in case of a problem with the vehicle?
